This year again, the State Agency for Mandatory Medical Insurance attends the "Medinex" exhibition as a recognised partner. The Agency's stand this year will grab attention with a more innovative appearance. Our primary objective is to provide information about mandatory health insurance. And we aim to make it even more intriguing this year. If you remember, we had a mascot named Shafa at the previous exhibition and it grew to be a favourite with participants and visitors. This time, we will introduce Shafa in a more innovative way. Visitors, taking advantage of the capabilities provided by the modern technology, will be able to communicate with Shafa and ask questions regarding mandatory health insurance. We assume that Shafa's presentation this year will capture the visitor’s interest. At the Agency's stand installed at the exhibition, visitors will also have the opportunity to obtain information about mandatory health insurance through a touch screen monitor and printed materials. On distinct pages on the touch screen monitor, information will be displayed for citizens and physicians.
The "e-Tabib" mobile app and "Diabetim.az - Virtual Diabetes School" will be shown to exhibition participants and visitors as two of the Agency's information technology projects. The appointment system, which will be included in the "e-Tabib" mobile application, will also be covered. Also, participants and visitors will be provided with detailed information on the Agency's other IT initiatives and future plans. Our innovations do not end there. Thus, the Agency's stand will feature cutting-edge medical equipment. We believe that portable USM, x-ray, electrocardiograph, spirometry, including the latest technology-based ophthalmological testing equipment will arouse the visitor’s interest. These devices are incredibly compact and controllable by mobile devices. Imagine, the weight of the X-ray device we’re introducing is less than 4 kilograms. Although the dimensions of the innovative equipment we are talking about are small, they provide accurate results. It should be emphasised that throughout the exhibition days, examinations will be conducted using the cutting-edge medical technology described at the stand.
The "Medinex" exhibition is the only and significant medical and healthcare event held in Azerbaijan. The exhibition enables the development of new partnerships between the public and private sectors, and the promotion of business relations in the international sphere. The Agency's participation in the exhibition, accordingly, is a display of the mandatory health insurance system at the local and international level. We aim to introduce participants and visitors to the mandatory health insurance system, which is a significant health care reform and is implemented throughout the country, as well as to the recently updated Service Envelope covering 3315 medical services and general activities of the Agency. The Agency employees’ direct presence at the stand will enable visitors to get answers to all questions regarding insurance on the spot. We are happy to welcome everyone to our stand who wants to learn more about the mandatory health insurance. Specialized international exhibitions play a crucial role in promoting the country, fostering business relations, and ensuring cooperation between the participating countries in different sectors. The organisation of the exhibition is a great chance to learn about medical advancements and the field's quick development due to the use of cutting-edge technologies.
The growth of Azerbaijan's healthcare system is also significantly influenced by the organised medical exhibitions. The exhibition offers an opportunity to apply innovative advances of international medicine in our nation. This, consequently, leads to the further improvement of the material and technical support of medical institutions and thus the successful implementation of mandatory health insurance in the country, the population's ability to access higher-quality medical care, the efficiency and effectiveness of the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and the rise in public satisfaction. As a result, the Agency is one of the most interested organisations for the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. We are convinced that the exhibition will further expand the scope of our collaboration.
